Locations

The foodbank is available once a week at each of the following locations: St Matthews Community Hall, Nechells (Monday); Bethel Free Baptist Church, Ward End (Wednesday); The Salvation Army, Aston (Friday).

Everyone who comes to the foodbank for emergency food needs to have a valid foodbank voucher. You can obtain one by calling Citizens Advice Help Through Hardship Helpline on 0808 208 2138 or Birmingham Settlement on 0121 250 0765.

Unfortunately, We are unable to deliver food parcels.

NOTICE – Ward End has moved – Our new site:- Bethel Free Baptist Church, 31 Wardend Road, B8 2QU. At our new time of 12.30-2.30pm, The new site is only a few hundred yards from Elim Church and is easily accessible.

Our postal address is St Matthews Community Hall, however this is not open for emergency food except for Mondays. Please see Foodbank Centres list for times and locations of emergency food distribution. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver food parcels.
