Some agencies are still able to issue Foodbank vouchers in person, but if this is not possible then please be aware that Birmingham settlement continue to provide telephone help for those who need to access a Foodbank voucher. You can call the Birmingham Settlement telephone money advice service on 0121 250 0765.
Leave your name and contact details on their voicemail. They will ring you back. They can give advice on a wide range of monetary problems. Over the phone they can issue you with a code that can be redeemed as a voucher at any of the Trussell Trussell Foodbank distribution centres in Birmingham. Please note that we are unable to undertake home deliveries. If people need food brought to them for reasons due to Covid 19 they should contact Birmingham City Council via www.birmingham.gov.uk or by telephoning 0121 216 3030.
