We are currently running short of the following items :-
Toiletries including soap, shampoos, shower gel, deodorants, feminine hygiene, razors and toilet rolls. We also need powdered potato, long life milk, dried milk, jam & bottles of squash.
If anyone is able to contribute money this will also help to buy stocks of whatever is most needed.
The summer holidays are often when families go hungry and as a result the Aston and Nechells Foodbank has been busy. At one distribution session at the Salvation Army, 24 vouchers were redeemed which translates into 36 adults and 45 children. Well done to the volunteers on duty who worked their socks off!
